Quite professional in chinese medicine lady doctor and excellent choice of herbs. She might not be as open and smiley as Canadians, but it's just another culture. They have a back room for discussing private medical issues, for acupuncture and other procedures. They give receipts even without me asking for it.

Unprofessional lady doctor who is unfriendly and rude. Long wait time despite only 1 person in front of me. The consultation is in the shop with no privacy. She told me that they will charge me extra if I need to get a receipt... Will never go back!
