My mother was referred to the clinic by a doctor to see a physiotherapist. She did not know that she had to pay fees to see the health care professional, and when the receptionist told her it costs 80$ for a consultation, my mother told her that she cannot pay that much (waiting to hear about other alternatives). The receptionist just hung up. I think that is a lack of respect, and the receptionist could have been more understanding. Sad how a clinic behaves like a corporate business.
