Good price. Fast internet. But VERY POOR television quality. Watching television is a terrible experience due to the constant pixelation beteen images. Don't waste your money.

I did get a very good help from agent Chin C. regarding my internet and billing issue. Hopefully they will keep up the good work and helping customers with heart! I am happy with my service with Altima even with a bit of issues as if I have issue they always accommodate me! Thanks again Chin and Altima!:)

Manque de professionalisme et des agents pas courtois ni gentile , Altima est parmis les pire compgnie d internet elle traite ses clients comme des ordures ni service ni professionalisme ni courtoisie avec ce rendement ils mon perdue a jamais ainssi que plusieurs clients plus de 1h d attente service technique , j ajoute plus et je suis tranquile mes enfants a la semaine de relache pas d internet franchement et personne te repond

Altima telecom is by far the worst ISP you can go with in Montreal. Their DHCP server is completely misconfigured and I was losing connectivity every 1 hour. They tried everything but couldnt figure it out. I am a network administrator myself and we narrowed down the problem and pin pointed it to their end. I have called their office for 2 months straight every single day with no exception and everyday was the same thing “we’re looking at the issue with our network administrator” but still the p
