Two of our existing Hunter Douglas blinds had minor technical issues. Our dealing with her was a joy. Blinds were fixed and to return to us quickly (after being sent to HD, etc.).
If/when we do another blinds business, we know where to go now. :)

amazing customer service!! Both employees jumped in to help me finish my package to meet the UPS pickup. They both went out of their way to ensure that my parcel made it to Missouri before Christmas. Pharmacy staff are very caring and provide good advice when asked. Staffing often causes problems...too few people on Pharmacy desk. But the staff that are on duty are wonderful!
