I’ve had my accounts there for over 40 years and have never experienced a mistake in my transactions unlike another institution that I will not mention. All banks and credit unions have reduced staffing and employee shuffling since covid 19 raised it’s ugly head. I have never had a hard time getting thru on the phone nor experienced rude staffing. Once or twice longer line ups, but no different than anywhere else. I have been looked after in a professional manner for many years.

I just had them come out to repair 2 older coin washers.
They arrived at the appointed time, were very professional and found several different issues and repaired them all.
Parts were in the van, so both machines were back in service in 2 hours.
The costs were very fair and reasonable.

Great! Pat is very knowledgeable and not only did he clean our chimney and give us a Wett certification for our insurance, he pointed out a couple of issues with our fireplace chimney that had been missed during installation (and cleaning by a different company). He added the missing caulking and also replaced the gasket on our wood stove door and now our stove is better than ever! It heats up so much better and uses less wood. Thanks Pat!

I am not a Royal Bank Customer and visited this branch from out of town needing to purchase some US cash for a trip to Asia. I needed to get newer, clean bills of various denominations. I dealt with the supervisor of the tellers and one of the tellers and the service could not have been better. They were both very friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. I was very impressed! Had a fantastic experience dealing with Willy's auto. Went to get a fender painted which was purchased by me at the dealership and they suggested I leave my car to get the paint to match up as close as possible. It was not done through insurance but they offered me a loaner car regardless. I picked up my car and fender the next day and after I installed it, I was amazed at the quality of work. The fender matched perfectly, even down to the glitter my car had which is called metallic paint. I was very impressed and recommend needing body work to check them out.
