Absolutely fantastic customer service from this father and son team. Sasha and Mike were patient and very knowledgeable. They had a great selection of watches which were fairly priced. While I tried on numerous watches they took the time to clean my wife's ring and make sure she was taken care of. They definitely go a step further with their service. We will definitely go back and support this local business and I suggest you do the same.

Need jewlery repaired? Designed? Made? Or even just cleaned? I can't express enough how amazing this family owned business is. I've been to many different jewellers, even the one my engagement ring is from and I trust no one more then Rodan jewlers. One thing I realized right away was that it's not just about jewlery for them they really care about the customer, their story and your satisfaction with the finished product. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the Lugaro team. My husband bought me the most beautiful ring in June and I have enjoyed looking at the piece everyday since. Yesterday, I looked down and one of the diamonds was missing. I was beyond upset. This morning, my husband, took the ring in, Clara took one look at it and told him that should never have happened and that they will replace the stone free of charge. Excellent customer service. There was a miscommunication between the store and the gemologist to the tune of $700. I, as the customer, was not asked to pay any part of the repair bill. Can you imagine any other store doing that? I've had them do other work for me previously, always totally satisfied. Great bunch of people working there.
