The process of choosing diamond stud earrings for my wife's 50th was rather stressful until I contacted Paolo at Pacific Diamond Co. in Vancouver. Excellent customer service. There was a miscommunication between the store and the gemologist to the tune of $700. I, as the customer, was not asked to pay any part of the repair bill. Can you imagine any other store doing that? I've had them do other work for me previously, always totally satisfied. Great bunch of people working there. My dear, late friend loved working there a few years ago.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from this father and son team. Sasha and Mike were patient and very knowledgeable. They had a great selection of watches which were fairly priced. While I tried on numerous watches they took the time to clean my wife's ring and make sure she was taken care of. They definitely go a step further with their service.
