Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. Thirty years ago a young family became concerned with their crumbling concrete walkways. They found GFC and had interlocking installed to replace it addinga new idea -three rocks as highlights. Limited money left a fieldstone walk & patio in the back. The stones moved and lifted. We found Renzo’s card, he came right over and gave an estimate. With the OK he was here the next day and installed a beautiful, stylish interlocking walk and patio in a week, highlighted with more stones.

I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational.
