I have had the pleasure of dealing with this business for approx 5 years now. The owner/operator has been professional and personable. He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after. As well, he allows you to observe the actual work he does and explains his reasoning and actions if and when i have questions. Chris came to clean up a mess left by an earlier garage door company. He did a great job. Cleaned up the wiring, relocated the door sensors to proper code, tightened the wobbly door opener motor, checked everything out. Very reasonable price. Chris is a nice guy too. Very pleased overall with C&W.

I cannot express how much I love MAC plumbing and heating. I stumbled across this gem about 5 years ago with my first flooding incident. Angelo was at my house in a hurry and is the most pleasant, funny and personable person you will ever meet. He has a take charge work ethic and can deliver in a pinch. Every experience I had from Modern Power Vac was a great one. When I first called into the office to make the appointment, the woman I talked to on the phone was very informative and answered all the questions I had adequately. When the technician showed up at my home, he was also very informative. He explained what the total cost would be and how the cleaning would be done prior to me committing to anything. He then took a good couple of hours to complete the whole home duct cleaning.
I called Modern Power Vac because I had completed some renos in my home and now after the cleaning has been completed, there is no residual dust at all! I will be definitely calling them in the future, not just after completing renos!
