I recently used Buy Sell & Trade to get rid of a bunch of stuff around my house. I registered on their site and had some trouble so sent an email to their web master. He phoned me in the evening (ok, I was shocked!) and walked me through getting registered. I posted my stuff and within 20 minutes had received my first call. Best of all, all the ads online are also printed in their paper. To me that kinda covers all the off line people. I'm pleased with how easy the process is to use their site and that all the ads are checked for scams.

I just picked up my first ever carbon frame road bike from BSP in North Vancouver. Not only am I wonderfully impressed with the bike (a Trek Domane) but I am ridiculously impressed by the quality of the customer care I received from the moment I walked in the door.
The techie that took care of me the most (Simon) was warm, encouraging, supportive, very knowledgable - and relentlessly asked questions to make sure we found the right bike for me. From the earliest visits - right through to test riding the shortlisted models, I could not have asked for better client care.
On buying a computer and some other bits and bobs, James (store manager) was again, utterly obsessive about making sure I got the kit that was best suited for the type of riding I was planning to do. With the help I received from the other fellows in the store, I can give five big, yellow, shiny stars to BSP in North Van. If I could, I'd give them six - and I would say I am typically a very fussy customer.

o So many people book online, but there is no better security then being able to phone a live person to help when something goes wrong, especially when you are half a world away. I just returned to this location to rent a storage unit, having dealt with them a few years ago they were the first ones I thought of when circumstances arose where we need storage for our business again.
It was wonderful to see the same staff there, (I think owners)that were there before, and same great service. Always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, made my decision and everything very easy.

We have used Student First buses for several years transporting 80+ University of BC students to and from field trips at various locations. They are extremely reliable in pick up and drop off times. A family run business who are always doing the best to fit you in even when they are very busy. Kind, courteous and helpful. My experience with Kerrisdale Cameras has been great. We had Richard at the Coquitlam branch and he spent about an hour with us explaining what the Nikon D3500 did. A few weeks later we went back and bought the Nikon. They have a reputation of helping you after you have bought. Plus, they have used equipment at a reasonable price with a 60 day warranty.
