Okay, we were completely and thoroughly amazed by the customer service, the friendly staff and the immpecable rooms and grounds. Not only was this place a wee bit more expensive than perhaps the other hotels in Salmon Arm, but hands down, it was worth every penny and I would stay ONLY here when I come now in the Summer. Seriously, whoever designed this place should get an award. The grounds and pools are the kind you find in a 5 star resort in the Mayan Riveriera...go here, you will not regret it. “Great Experience!” I was in town for a conference over the week and stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites. The stay was fantastic and the staff really went above and beyond for my during my time there. I was in a jam and needed some printing done and the gals at the desk were superb. I emailed them a few documents to print, they did so with no hassle, helped me fax them over and then gave me directions to my meeting.Great experience and I will look to stay here again next year. Absolutely incredible hotel. First time we've stay there with our hockey team. They are so organized and great with groups. The rooftop pool was heated and we a blast. The rooms were very clean & updated. Restaurant was delicous the warm butternut squash beet salad was great and the team enjoyed the hot continental bfst. I highly recommend this hotel I was pleasently surprised at how impressed I was! Lire plus

We stopped at this climbing gym on our way through town last night. The facility is really nice and the staff was wonderful with me, my wife and our two little girls. Being inexperienced climbers, she gave us an excellent lesson on how to use the equipment and how to be safe etc. Great facility with great people would highly recommend. Lire plus
