I got a quote from Dysco over the net. When I got there my one ton truck was ready to roll. I asked them if I could use my road star insurance from ICBC for the rental truck and they said yes. paper work was fast and topped up with helpful and friendly staff. I will use Dysco truck rental again when I need one.

When they came to pack and haul their stuff away I needed some help outside of their work description, a very nice and helpful older gentleman named Robert took the time and effort to help me!! I just picked up my first ever carbon frame road bike from BSP in North Vancouver. Not only am I wonderfully impressed with the bike (a Trek Domane) but I am ridiculously impressed by the quality of the customer care I received from the moment I walked in the door.
The techie that took care of me the most (Simon) was warm, encouraging, supportive, very knowledgable - and relentlessly asked questions to make sure we found the right bike for me. From the earliest visits - right through to test riding the shortlisted models, I could not have asked for better client care.
On buying a computer and some other bits and bobs, James (store manager) was again, utterly obsessive about making sure I got the kit that was best suited for the type of riding I was planning to do. With the help I received from the other fellows in the store, I can give five big, yellow, shiny stars to BSP in North Van. If I could, I'd give them six - and I would say I am typically a very fussy customer.

o So many people book online, but there is no better security then being able to phone a live person to help when something goes wrong, especially when you are half a world away. I just returned to this location to rent a storage unit, having dealt with them a few years ago they were the first ones I thought of when circumstances arose where we need storage for our business again.
It was wonderful to see the same staff there, (I think owners)that were there before, and same great service. Always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, made my decision and everything very easy.

My experience with Kerrisdale Cameras has been great. We had Richard at the Coquitlam branch and he spent about an hour with us explaining what the Nikon D3500 did. A few weeks later we went back and bought the Nikon. They have a reputation of helping you after you have bought. Plus, they have used equipment at a reasonable price with a 60 day warranty.
