We were stranded when a small independant motel on Hwy 11 did not work out. Called at 6pm and they had 2 rooms ready for us within 15 minutes. The best value in the area. Well trained staff performed flawlessly. Considering we were 3 cold and wet hunters that had been in the bush for 12 hours we were treated like kings!

The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store.

Clean, pleasant staff and top notch products. Private rooms if you don't want to sit and chat with friends in their comfy massage chairs. Reasonably priced and lots of treatments available. Also a great place to go with daughters or moms and sit side-by-side and chat while have pedicures done. Gift spa packages are great for the mother-in-law that has everything!!

Ive always had acne problem skin. Jacqueline finally gave me hope that I wasnt going to suffer with it. She is so knowledgeable and told me what products to use and not use, I was so lost.If your looking for an expert to help you shes amazing and so caring, you can tell she loves what she does.I felt super glowy because of her treatments. Yes, you may peel after a acne chemical peel but in my experience I loved it! I called it the butterfly effect. All that new skin was super smooth and clear.

We first met Paul four years ago when we were trying to find a daycare facility that would take our two pups ages 9 weeks and 5 years old for a few hours while we attended the funeral of a family member in Orillia. We called on the way up from Toronto and Paul happened to be available and accommodating. He had a litter of Labs around the same age of Forest and he put Forest with his litter. We were very impressed with Paul, the facility and the care the dogs received and have been clients since.

We worked with a relocating company from my husbands business along with Grand Floors Ltd. Moving provinces isnt easy when you cant be in two places at once. The team at Grand Floors renovated our main and upper level with new hardwood flooring throughout. We upgraded our staircase railings and spindles. Mai has been really helping with our family. Two daughters have lymes, rocky mountain fever and a host of symptoms and I have migraines. Our communication with this moving company Richmond Hill ON was very pleasant. The office staff is very receptive, responsive and competent. We got pleasure from dealing with these people. Our movers came as been planned and worked fast, taking two breaks. They've got those dollies, blankets and tools for securing our furniture inside the truck since it was a long distance moving. They worked the whole day and finished late at night. Obviously it had been a tough day, but the memories are great!
