I’d never been to a gym before being 14, but Cerry and the entire staff here made me feel very welcome being younger than everyone there. They have all the equipment you need there, showers, a nice private room in the back of the gym to stretch out and is also used as a cycling studio. When I first signed up Cerry, the owner made me up a couple workouts and training sessions which really helped me out, he always greeted me with a “hey bud” which made me feel welcome there.

Had Bighorn Electric Wire a 12 by 16 shop I built. They did a professional job, great work, on budget and on time. I especially Like the LED lighting system they installed. Well, I can see why this KAL TIRE has an almost perfect rating ! As just my good luck would have it, my transmission coolant hose popped off right in front of Kal Tire. It looked like a quart of spilt truck blood on the snow. Chris was AWESOME. Without waiting he went underneath and fixed the hose and refilled my transmission fluid, giving me expert advice in the process about how it all worked. Some of the kindest service and good luck Ive ever had ! I choose KAL next time!

I have used this clinic and its doctors and medical staff for over 35 years with minimal complaints. The Nurses are friendly and ++ professional, + knowledgeable on medical issues. The doctors have been excellent and if they are unsure of a dx they are willing to either consult with specialists or send one off to them.
I have had a total of 5 different doctors from the clinic over the years due to change over of staff or the said doctor leaving the clinic due to retirement.

I was passing through Cranbrook on my way to the coast and needed to grab a few things so I stopped at Marks. I was in a hurry and was hoping it would not take forever to find things in the store. I was pleasantly surprised at the staff that work there. I was greeted at the door and then shown where to find the clothes I needed. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. I wish the Marks in my town was like that. I will drop in again on my way back home. Mekka S

Mr Graf and Riley quite possibly saved my life when I limped in to their shop. Even though they are heavy duty shop they were gracious enough to repair the wheel on my small SUV. I was driving from Nelson to Calgary when my wheel started making noise and eventually shaking. They found that it was about to actually fall off and had one stud shorn off! They could have easily hustled me off to another shop (all in town were extremely busy) but they took the time to help out a traveller in need.

BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. I'd like to say from the start that I've no affiliation with this company.
I'd not been to Cranbrook Photo for a couple of years, and I kick myself for that. I wandered in looking for a tripod mount and to ask a few questions. I couldn't have found a more helpful bunch of people. I was there about 30 minutes and could have happily stayed longer. They answered a number of other questions that I had, and couldn't do enough for me. They had the part I needed, and suggested some solutions to other problems I was having.
I've never been to a place with such good customer service as they make you feel as if you are the only important person in the store. You can probably tell I'll be going back again in the future.
