I haven’t experienced kickboxing before, also I was so picky for choosing kind of class that can motivate me for constantly workout. Eventually I picked ilovekickboxing and it turned out that made me really loved kickboxing!!! I highly recommended ilovekickboxing! It’s energetic, fantastic, motivating class.Very nice and friendly staff and such an amazing place!

Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. I felt energized after each class and that’s what makes me want to keep going back. Love my #fitfam!!

Since needing a lower partial and new upper denture, I needed to find myself a good denturist in the Maple Ridge area. And that I did. I can not say enough about the Maple Ridge Denture Clinic. Lino (my denturist)and Faye (the receptionist) went above and beyond in customer service making my visits and experience at the clinic the best it was. I was so glad to have found this car shop. Definitely going forward going to use this as my go to vehicle shop. From the first time I called and spoke with Josh he was very knowledgable and gave me a very reasonable price. I had my truck in as the power window on the driver side would not go up and down, and he said bring it in and found the problem right away. He also did a few little extras on the truck which I really appreciated. They got my truck done really fast and I would recommend them.

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.
