I took my vehicle here to have my muffler inspected. Got a proper diagnoses and some honest advice that resulted in no fix being necessary at this time. A lot of mechanics might've taken advantage of my situation but they were 100% honest and did what was best for my vehicle. To top it off, they didn't charge me a dime! I definitely recommend these guys.

excellent dentist Great staff Had my daughters wisdom teeth removed while asleep and was done early No swelling or pain. He even called that night to check on her. Never had a dentist do that for me when I had a tooth removed

Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. Service was friendly, timely, transparent and very helpful. Would recommend!

The service is fine in the bank, it's the lack of parking around this bank that's a nightmare. Driving around and around 20 -30 times just to get a spot is crazy. If your lucky you can find a spot with a 10 to 15 minute walk, but then by the time you get your business done, you may have a parking ticket, as the meters are only for 15 minutes intervils. I am sure I'm not the only person out there that finds this frustrating.

The Trail Post Office is very kind.
I sent a parcel to a Box number instead of the street address.
After giving Ingrid the information, she called the receiver who will pick it up from the post office.
She did not have to look out for it for me, but she did.
Now, my niece will receive my Christmas gifts to them.

This shop is top-notch! I've had my retro 1978 VW bus serviced by them multiple times and have always been very satisfied by the quality of their service and the final price at the end of the day. They clearly have a very skilled team of mechanics working at this shop who are dedicated to helping their clients the best they can.
My last service was time-sensitive and this shop got all the work done in time and at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend this shop if you're in Nelson

Friendly staff, great atmosphere! My cat has had chronic health issues for years and I couldn't get a concrete diagnosis at any vet. I booked him an appointment at Cottonwood and had a diagnosis before the end of that day! My cat loves it there, and so do I. He's now 16 and still doing great!
