After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

Downtown Computer was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. They were thoughtful and willing to help in anyway they could. The owner was so generous in providing me with a charger after finding out my old one was broken. I defiantly recommend his business and service! Don't hesitate in stopping by his shop and having them inspect your pc or mac, they will provide you with good insight and cost-saving resolutions like they did for me.

Fully recommended. Excellent, professional and friendly customer service. Took my laptop to a couple places before I went to see The Computer Guys. They not only misdiagnosed issue but wanted to rip me off as those places usually do. Not in this place. Mark was very professional and reasonable.
