Very impressed with Mother Computers. They have a full range of brand name PCs and, if you don’t see what you need, they will build you a custom PC on site. They also have a team on site to provide servicing, either same day or next day. We decided on an Acer All-in-One as it was cheaper than buying the individual components. Their price was $100 higher than another store and when I mentioned this, they immediately matched the lower price.

I phoned in a bit of a panic - audio on computer really scratchy - I thought Id need new one. They were very kind and helpful on the phone, took my computer in with intention to get new one and have all data transferred. Jeff first tried blowing air in speakers, then Chris pulled up Neil Diamond audio for us to assess - it was great. No need for new one - so thankful, especially during this very odd time. Fabulous service.

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

A friend of mine purchased an iPhone through Colton at the Kelowna location, and recommended him for mobility services. Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store. After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

I called around to get quotes on fixing my laptop. Since I wanted to also get the laptop fixed locally, I asked if they would meet this rate that other BBB shops were charging. These guys agreed to match the price for me (another location refused and wanted to charge $50 higher than the BBB rate). Not only that but my laptop came back to me whisper quiet and totally cat hair free! Thanks! Wasn't expecting that. So appreciated!

Downtown Computer was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. They were thoughtful and willing to help in anyway they could. The owner was so generous in providing me with a charger after finding out my old one was broken. I defiantly recommend his business and service! Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!

I really like this location. But there needs to be more movies. Not just the latest releases. But like the older stuff. And I’m not talking about bargain bin DVDs. Like. 2017-2018 stuff. Would be nice. They shifted focus to just new releases. And the super old stuff from like 1995-2006 etc. So. It’s so hard to find good movies you haven’t watched because they don’t stock them in stores. Mostly now focus on appliances and home systems. Which is sad as there isn’t a whole lot of places to get DVDs

We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.

I have used techshop for the past 10 years for the various laptops that I have owned, and I have found them to be:
1. very sympathetic to my panic of having a computer that is not functioning properly,
2. very time efficient in correcting the issues that have plagued them
3. very cost effective
I highly recommend them and am heading into their shop today to have them, yet again, SAVE THE DAY (aka my computer) for me !
