We have a fairly complicated plumbing system in our house, so that we can collect rainwater and use it during drought times. The original installation had problems; it wasn't Darcy's installation, but he fixed the problems, has returned several times for other problems (not of his making) and has shown us how to drain parts, maintain the system, and convert back and forth from rainwater to city water. He's been very patient and very competent.

When a lot of our prized Furniture was damaged by the removal company, we were lucky enough to be recommended to David. He was awesome in repairing our damaged pieces and restored an antique shipping chest too with huge sentimental value. Fantastic work! Great service, boundless knowledge and a great guy!

Awesome service! I was in the UBC hospital and the nurse faxed my prescription and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. They even adjusted the bill after finding out I had extra insurance on site! Thank you Winney and the rest of the staff of IDA for such excellent service.

I highly recommend this pharmacist- knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, professional and kind. Always knows who I am and greets me by name. It is part of the west 10th 'community', a rapidly disappearing concept in the once lovely Vancouver. This is the place I have my prescriptions filled because I know the wait will be as short as possible and the service excellent.
