I cant say enough about this wonderful business. Jay was very helpful from the moment I talked to him on the phone and he walked me through turning the main water off to fixing another problem before it even began. He was very considerate about wearing booties, very polite and a third generation plumber so its in his blood. Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

The T-trap in the bathroom sink started to drip. I managed to remove the T-trap pipe so I could take it to a plumbing store to source the part. A friend said I should replace the entire lower sink pipes with ABS, because metal will leak over time. That job was far beyond me, so I called D&S Services. Steve and Denis stepped into action and fixed the problem in a professional and expedited manner. I look forward to calling them again and certainly recommed them! Joyce

My mother in law had plumbing medic do high pressure wash of all there drains this is how I found plumbing medic. My experience with the plumbing mecid was of complete satisfaction. Had them do a customized bath room. They were so clean (4 dropsheets) it was like they were never there, other then they do play horrible country music on there radio a little to loud. Pricing was spot on, I did order alot of high end components/fixtures with them. Want high end, it costs high end. What amazed me the most was the high end finish that they did. Adds a whole new feeling to walking to a bathroom.
