Water was running down in our backyard. Septic field backed up. I called Brian and he came to see the problem when he said he would. He explained the situation…gave me a quote and when he could start.
He came to do the job when he said he would and stuck with the job until it was finished in a very difficult terrain.
He took pictures of what he was doing at all stages to document the job. Had the equipment to do a professional job. He replaced the top soil and seeded the lawn. Great Job.

Ursula, the owner of Married To The Mop does her own cleaning which in itself is rare. She works hard, scrubbing every surface and detail cleans my house every time she comes. This is not your typical agency cleaning where they wipe over surfaces, she cleans your home as if it’s her own. This is absolutely the best money I have ever spent on a cleaner!!! We have used Blue Moon at least five times now and have to say that the service has been exceptional.
The plumbers who have come to our home have been extremely professional, courteous and respectful.
In one instance the plumber was late but the person from the office called to advise that the plumber would be late.
The technicians always explain what they are doing and what the have found.

We had water come into our basement during the recent heavy rains. Andrew the project manager contacted me back very quickly and had a team to my house within 30 minutes. They were very organized and went to work right away drying out my basement. They were able to dry the walls without cutting them,but had to remove my laminate flooring. They left my place as clean as possible considering the circumstances. Andrew stayed in contact with us and completed the rebuild within the time he promised.

Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me.
Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. They saved the day!! Mostly the day before a long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
