This is the second time I've bought a mattress from best sleep Winnipeg. I cannot overstate how satisfied and happy I am with the entire experience. The mattress is absolutely perfect, and I needed it so exact for my back condition. James was beyond incredible to help. The Westwood clinic staff are great. I have been going to Dr. Blake in there for a long time and he is exceptional. I had corneal abrasion in my right and I phoned and he just happened to be in Winnipeg then and they got me in that afternoon. He went above and beyond the call of duty and sent me to an ophthalmologist after that just to make sure that he saw what Dr. Blake saw and he did and that Doctor gave me eyedrops and it cleared up in 3 days.

Very good service and extremely professional. I was quite impressed with the modern equipment used. Dr. Brett Puttaert made me feel confident throughout the process. My trifocals are the clearest prescription I’ve ever had and for the first time I can read small print on my iPhone without having to remove my glasses. They double checked the measurements and they are spot on. Highly recommend them.

Joceline, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and has always had the best interest in my eye health. They are great to deal with, the answer any questions you have. I also purchased pottery bats and some other small items. Delivered our spa on time and as promised AND have been quick with the turn around on warranty work. PLUS an incredibly knowledgeable woman doing their water testing. She does it right in front of you using titration methods so I know I can trust the numbers. Plus they dont push any magic elixers. Just the chemicals you really need, even if Im using the Trouble Free Pool approach which really cuts down on the high-margin products I might otherwise buy.

Recently ordered a custom birthday cake on short notice (less than a week). Ive contacted a bunch of bakeries around town and they would only take the order with a ridiculous surcharge. After I explained my circumstance, Cakeology actually came up with a solution for me so that I can still have my custom cake in time. They were very accommodating and helped me make this cake happen. On top of their excellent service, the cake tasted amazing. Definitely one-of-a-kind. Highly recommended!
