Attending a business conference at the Rimrock, this was my first visit to the hotel but not my first stay in Banff. The location is superb - very close to the gondola and hot springs, and the most amazing views of the area. Loved the hotel itself, it is elegant and luxurious. The rooms are heavenly, they are even stocked (or were at the time) with Aveda bath and hair products. I await my next trip to Rimrock! Lire plus

Absolutely adore this resort! You really get value for your money. For us, a group of 6 stayed for under $400 on a weekend night. We stayed in a private cabin which was large enough to easily accomodate us all, and it was clean and tidy. The TV was big and there was even an oven. We were very pleased with the 2 bathrooms and the location of the resort was well located with awesome views. The pool is open late and was very empty even on a weekend. Staff was very friendly as well. I love this place, and I'd definitely come back. Lire plus

My car broke down on the side of the road, they stayed open late on a Friday night for me (until 6:20pm) and when my tow truck couldn't get me there until 7:30pm, John and his crew were able to get me a full analysis of my car by 9am the next morning... which was a Saturday despite being fully booked! They only charged me $100 which was very low, got me in quick so I could make a decision to get on my way. If this store was in Calgary, it's the only spot I would go. You guys are the best! Wasa Slim Pickens is a great place!! I've been coming here every summer for over 15 years! They provide a great service from gas to groceries, ice cream parlor, great coffee and even a liquor outlet. It's our one-stop shopping at Wasa. Owner, Christian, absolutely works hard to provide great service, and ensures her staff do the same. Just look at all the locals who come in.
