Always honest and very personable. Takes the time to explain the problem and checks around for the best pricing on parts therefore saving the customer money. Last repair I had done he found the part for $100 cheaper from one company compared to the other. Above and beyond the call of duty.

I just needed a fluid top up and they got me and out and charged me an extremely great price.

Lakeshore just replaced a broken tailgate handle and locking mechanism on my 2008 Toyota Rav4. They did an excellent job. The new handle and locking mechanism is better than the old parts and the tailgate works better than it did when I picked up my new Rav4 16 years ago.

Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away! I brought a car into here to deal with a check engine light and I had a minor exhaust leak. The engine light was something I could handle myself, and I declined the repair for the engine code. They didn’t give me a hard time about the code and fixed the exhaust leak. Extremely professional. Would definitely recommend this place.
