I have been working with Vince, Kevin and Tyler now for the last ten years. They have been, without exception, fantastic. I can’t rate Brody and Android Bodies highly enough. I go to Android Bodies every weekday unless I’m out of town, it is my home away from home and friends and family who have come to try it for a week have stayed. Considering that I look forward to going every day, the membership on a cost per use basis ends up being way cheaper than ones I used to pay for and never use.

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free.
