Many years ago, my parents Elena and Mike had window coverings done by Cathy and Micheal. I also got my window coverings done at my home in Caledon more than ten years ago. When we built our new home in Erin six years ago; all my windows were done once again by Cathy and Micheal. They are an amazing team: Cathy's excellent advice on what to choose and Micheal's precise installation skills is what sets them apart from other companies. I highly recommend them!!

yesterday i bought a washer and dryer. Taylor at the brick was quickly available to help with the purchase. He found us the lowest price on the model that we want, he was able to get us extra savings and was done and i was out of the store in 15 minutes. This is just the way I like to do business. We decided to get some zebra blinds done by Window Fashion Depot in 2018 for a couple of windows and a patio door. All went well at our place in Vaughan from the Measurements, explaining the details, choices and we even took the blinds installation since the price was fair. Will be calling back for more window coverings. Highly Recommend Alon !! His overall business acumen is excellent.

A couple months ago, I bought a lovely nest chair from this location. As soon as I walked in, the ladies from the store were very helpful and very friendly. Their customer service was superior. Upon delivery of my chair a few days later, I received a phone call from the store. They called within five minutes after my delivery to ensure delivery went smooth and thanked me again. That was atleast two months ago. Just yesterday I received a hand written note from the salesperson who assisted with the purchased thanking me again and to ensure the chair was working out. It is rare to have such customer service during and after the sale and on top of it with a lovely handwritten personalized note. Thanks Urban Barn. I will definitely be shopping at your location again.
