All of the staff at this clinic are excellent. They are very compassionate and understanding of each patient's level of ability throughout their recovery, and provide not only the appropriate exercises, but the much needed emotional support as well. I have had many injuries throughout my life that all required physiotherapy, and this is the only clinic I have been to that demonstrated a true "team" approach to my recovery - every individual who worked with me was excellent. I found Physiocare at Nepean really helpful and the staff very understanding and supportive. I was impressed at the understand of my condition and the therapies he employed. I am feeling so much better and able to do things and really have physiocare to thank for this. They do really excellent work. If you suffer from joint issues seek them out

Dr. Matthew is very welcoming and easygoing. At my first visit he was very engaged in learning my health history and how I've been suffering with back pain for years. He completed his examination, which included objective measures of my spine's function which we could measure again and compare afterwards. His explanation of my problem and the approach to treat it was simple and manageable. I'm now two weeks into care and haven't felt this good in a long time. I highly recommend Dr. Matthew.

This is a fantastic clinic in all respects! The front office is very efficient and friendly. The clinic is also extremely clean and welcoming and will accommodate appointments for you during your lunch time which may be theirs. They are also very compassionate to their patients.
I had an acute disc herniation in my neck with symptoms down my arm. The Physiotherapist owner diagnosed my condition on the first visit and then recommended I ask my Dr. for an MRI.
