CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! The took care of warranty work for my Sta-Rite pool heater and followed up with customer service that was above and beyond what I would have expected. Highly recommended for you pool servicing needs! I have been buying plants, landscaping products etc at DJ Patersons for years.
Their plants are exceptional. The owners and staff are very welcoming, efficient, professional and know their products. They go out of their way to make sure your visit is enjoyable. They are fantastic.

This is the best truck stop I’ve ever encountered. Free wifi. Television. Common area to eat and chill. Then was informed there were showers. Wow. Made me feel so welcome. Way beyond five stars ??. Very clean.

I come from Nanaimo about every three to four months and this is a must stop. Even fly home with some of the items. Keep up the good food and service.

The pizza is really good as well as the chicken but the atmosphere isn't the best unless of course you have a lot of friends around you. Also staff aren't all that fast or cheerful. But take out would be just fine:)

I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. You won't find a flashy waiting room, just honest work at a fair price and good employees comfortable in their work environment. And yes, my '06 Civic is still running well.
