This is a great store. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and guided me into finding the perfect dog food for my sweet difficult dog Hunny. Excellent customer service and delicious food, over the last 3 months ive been coming here, the staff have been outstanding. Specially this young man that ive gotten to know named Enzo, his generosity and service has made me come back every Saturday! All in all, great dairy queen compared to the others in Ottawa. October 3 2015 we took our new puppy Sasha For the entire work on our Sasha washing, clipping to our content with there work and a wonderful job well done from the staff. She Sasha is our second pup next to Whisper who past away years ago was also groomed at Pet Smart and jobs were also well done.

My Westie Nellie tore her claw while running in the back yard. Her back paw started bleeding immediately. Took her to Bayview Animal Hospital and they were fully booked and short staffed that day. When they saw how much her paw was bleeding, the vet tech quickly bandaged up her paw while the receptionist fed me phone numbers of emergency vet clinics where i eventually found one who could see her. She is now bandaged up and recovering . Thanks so much to Bayview for being so incredibly kind!

When I brought my kitty in for his checkup & shots, I really loved bringing him in to a place with such a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff! You can really tell that they care a lot about minimizing any stress your pet might feel in coming to the vet, and they gave my little guy lots of little treats to keep him calm and happy while he was there. :)
