After a poor experience at Leon's we tried The Brick and were greeted by Kimia. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too. I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.

Today I awoke to find that I had a flat tire. After using a portable compressor to fill tire w/ air I went to the my local kal Tire store. I asked if they could repair my tire and ther repair was completed in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Natasha @ front desk and Balal who repaired my flat. Both were very courteous and efficient. I was also able to make a Dr. appoinment on time as well. All the staff @ the store @ 3314 32 ST. ne.and have always been great over the years that I have frequented their store
