JFD did a great job installing vinyl plank throughout my main floor as part of a total makeover. The attention to detail and workmanship, ensured that we would enjoy our floor for years to come. Without being asked Steve even replaced a transition piece with VP because he knew it would flow better. Even for some DIY renovations, there are some final fit and finish jobs that are worth paying a professional for.

Open Arms Preschool has felt like home for the past 2 and a half years. My daughter started going there when she was 18 months old and she's been cared for by loving and patient teachers. The facility is clean and organized, and did such a good job maintaining the safety protocol during COVID. The webcam and apps were great communication tools to receive updates and see what the kids are up to. I am so grateful to have found such a warm and caring environment for my daughter!

I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. They were amazing. I got a recommendation to call them from my friend and he was right that they go above and beyond. Their manager was always on top of it and responsive to any question I had. They moved our entire apartment, storage unit (off location) and 3/4 of our garage in one trip. Their actual cost come in much lower than the estimate. I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again
