Dee prefers to use natural lighting and we loved when she suggested using scenic areas of our town for our photos. She came up with amazing ideas using the surroundings around us and made it a fun time,we almost forgot we were getting our photos taken. Les commentaires précédent sont totalement destructeur pour une carrière et je suis en désaccord! Voici notre expérience: Joshua a été très professionnel et extrêmement généreux. Il avait du matériel spécialisé, il était accompagné d’une assistante (qui a été aussi formidable) et ils étaient partout! Ils ont su immortaliser le mariage en capturant des moments où l’émotion se voyait dans les images! Les photos sont naturelles et artistiques. Je recommande à 110%! Lire plus

I brought an unusual print there. An electronic schematic blueprint of a transistor radio labeled with Alternative music bands fro the late 70's to present day. I couldn't be more pleased with the work. I had originally selected a different matte for the frame but received a phone call a few days later suggesting another colour. Well she was absolutely correct. Way better. Fantastic work. Highly recommend. Will certainly be a repeat customer. Lire plus

I'd like to say from the start that I've no affiliation with this company. I'd not been to Cranbrook Photo for a couple of years, and I kick myself for that. I wandered in looking for a tripod mount and to ask a few questions. I couldn't have found a more helpful bunch of people. I was there about 30 minutes and could have happily stayed longer. They answered a number of other questions that I had, and couldn't do enough for me. They had the part I needed, and suggested some solutions to other problems I was having. I've never been to a place with such good customer service as they make you feel as if you are the only important person in the store. You can probably tell I'll be going back again in the future.
