I had an excellent experience. Nick was very courteous and friendly. He knew exactly what was wrong with my mower and patiently delivered a crash course in fuel management and conditioning.
Two days later, Nick telephoned to say that the machine was ready, but that it still ran a little rough when it was cold. The very modest bill I paid was a big surprise, in view of all the trouble they went to for me. By the way, my mower no longer runs rough, even when it’s cold.

I consider myself knowledgeable when it comes to engines, was fighting with my snow blower not running right. Took it in and showed him what I messed up. He had now problem and didn't even laugh at the stupid mistake I did. Got it back the same day. He even called after his store was closed!!!! Price and customer service was great. Thx for the service

Took my old Briggs & Stratton powered Noma Dynamark Mulching push mower to Jims for some repairs to the throttle cable and the starter cable. He replaced them with superior cables, sharpened AND balanced the blade, cleaned the carburetor because it was surging, and replaced the second spark plug its ever had. Those old, superior mowers are worth keeping. I didnt remember when I bought it new but Jim told me the s.n. showed it was 25 yrs old. Jim loves his work.

I have had my snowblower and lawn mower serviced at R&A for the past 3 years. Before that I used a larger company and usually left feeling that I had been taken. With Reg it is usually just a preseason tune up now but if I need to go with a specific problem it is always taken care of. I had my snowblower picked up this morning - broken cable was repaired in no time. Minimum charge and back in my garage now. I would highly recommend Reg and R&A - Great service at a great price, friendly too!
