We deal with the Tillicum Rona often and have been happy with their service, however we had an issue with a bathroom vanity we recently purchased and weren't getting a good response from the store. Fortunately we were lucky to be able to deal with "Shane". She not only arranged to pick up the damaged one she helped us pick out a new one an arranged delivery promptly. She then followed up to make sure we were satisfied, absolutely we are, thank you so much Shane, we will be back. Lire plus

WORK REPORT ON MY SUITE RENOVATION I am happy to report on the work done recently to my rental suite by Waterman Construction. David Waterman familiarized himself with this partly below grade suite in my 104 year old house near the Saanich boarder recently, and we decided that the kitchen and bathroom were both overdue to be renovated, and the house was worth the up-grading. Troy said we would spend most of our time in the sunroom, and we have, even though it has been raining much of the time since it was completed! The design with red cedar is great, the materials are top-quality, and the crew who did the installation were excellent, punctual and tactful.
