I always rent from this location for business and leisure and Sohaib makes it easy for me from start to finish. He is incredibly helpful, always reasonable on from a pricing standpoint, and has never failed me, no matter how unique my rental requirements are. The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

My husband and I have rented apartments for the past 18 years and never ever had the kind of service Boncore Management has provided. We have been renting this apartment for the past four years under Boncore Management and just can't believe how much they care about our home. I was totally blown away at the timely, efficient and exceptional honesty she handled my truck rental start to finish.
