I can't say enough about this North Van Locost, they truly go out of their way to be helpful! Very genuine staff! I travel from out of province every couple of months to vist my aging mother. They are very accomidating to what vehicle would be suitable for us while I visit. They even pick me up from where I'm staying and return me at the end of my renting. These people are in the right business!
P.S. I love the Fiat!

I’ve been going to Saanich Rentals for over 25 years and the service has always been excellent. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They always go the extra mile. When parts were no longer available for my old chainsaw, they figured out how to fix it. I recently bought a new chainsaw and the service is outstanding. They always take the time with their customers and make them feel special. I always recommend them to my friends.

We reserved the largest boat which is much nicer than the others.
We reserved it for three hours and made our way up the Indian Arm (gorgeous beyond words).
Its a great way to see Vancouver's coatline.

My family and I got into a car accident while moving to B.C. from Ontario. When arriving to Surrey, we were desperately looking for a long-term car rental. Aseem from Avis in Newton was more than accommodating and selflessly helpful making the entire process so much easier and stress free for us. He not only took a huge weight off of our shoulders but also extended a warm welcome and a helping hand when we needed it most. I worked 2 different events this summer, both set up by Salmon/Apex! I found their staff to be very friendly and helpful as well as efficient! When they came to pack and haul their stuff away I needed some help outside of their work description, a very nice and helpful older gentleman named Robert took the time and effort to help me!! I will be using them again next time we have an event and would certainly recommend them to others!!!

We are dealing with a vehicle right off accident with Icbc not our fault and Harry at Hertz was very helpful understanding compassionate and real to deal with. We dealt with the one Icbc recommended to bill directly on the corner of bay and government and they never kept their promises. The manager was terrible to deal with and the staff appeared robotic. They were awful. I recommend Hertz.

We came in by ferry from vancouver. had to take a cab to airport which is costly. but no other car rental offices were open after 5pm downtown. because i am under 25 was asked for proof of insurance by lady from bugdet. why would i carry my insurance in my pocket. hertz was nice enough to help us out and got a better price. see curt at hertz for a good deal

It was an amazing experience. We met with a car rental agent working with Routes at this location named Abby and she was so friendly and professional at the same time. She made sure we got our vehicle as quickly as possible inspite on long line ups. Very easy to deal with and she made our car rental experince a breeze.
Stongly recommend the company to take care of this employee and may be she is due for a raise or promotion. All the other staff was frindly and courtious as well.

VillaMay is an incredibly unique location, with its impressive villa, as well as beautiful gardens and grounds. The vacation rental apartment/suite is lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable. The manager was welcoming and very helpful too. A great venue for weddings and events, but also perfect for our quiet vacation rental. The tranquil country location is within easy driving distance of many tourist attractions in Sooke and Victoria, BC. VillaMay is very highly recommended. We loved it!

Our stay was amazing. Very clean and well decorated apartments. With a cleaning service every day!! All the advantages of a hotel and the comfort of a home. Very well located, walking distance from the city center and Stanley Park. It was worth every penny.
