It was about 10PM and I didn''t know how to drive this car rented from Xceed. THe owner of Xceed and one of his staff even sit on the car with me coaching me to drive it for 9km from the cllision centre to a Gas Station! I appreciate their excellent services very much. Their warm service made me feel much better after I got a car accidence. And their staff even answered my call after 0:00Am that day when I got the car accidence! Thank you Xceed Car Rental!

I was involved in an accident few weeks back and I was referred to Vaughan Car Rental by the tow truck. My experience would have been 5 star if only they were able to pick up the rental at my address in Oshawa. Denis answered all my questions and gave me some advice regarding my next vehicle. He was very courteous, first time I got called sir and I'm only 20. Lol. If you ever have any issues I would say talk to this guy first before anyone else. He's very pleasant to deal with. Do call him!

After finding the problem, Don explained exactly what they found wrong, what work was needed to repair the engine, and what the repair would cost me. It was well worth having it repaired. We needed some tables and chairs for an outdoor party and this was the most cost effective spot in the area! The staff at the store and on the phone weren't the most friendly but they got the job done. The delivery and pick-up were right on time and they even let us use the tables for a few extra days because they don't pick up on Sundays - this was a true added bonus!! I have rented trucks 3 times in the last 6 Months and have had exceptional service. A house move a cottage move and parental move. call back was excellent and equipment good to drive I felt secure. Moving was stressful and anyone renting has had problems we even had problems with moving companies. u-haul came through.

They had a good selection of vehicles and he was very patient and accommodating when walking us through the process.. and we got an amazing deal to boot!
