I had a really good experience with Eagle Iron Metal Recycling. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous to me when I brought in scrap after cleaning out my parents house . I had a whole bunch of steel scrap and called around for prices. Universal gave me a GREAT deal and was here to pick up everything the same day. The guys were incredible nice and professional. They treated my facility with respect and did the job quickly. I would definitely use them again!

I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.
