As always, the team members at the Bell store in Driftwood Mall, Courtenay were so helpful, friendly and treated these two seniors with respect and dignity as we are not too up to date on our phones. They had us setup with a new phone and transferring from our older phones..great service and quick. Hubby back there today with more questions and they both are so eager to help. Sumit was amazing to deal with at Fido in Woodgrove mall. I ended up buying a new iPhone XR but when I went home I had no service so ended up needing to return it two days later on Boxing Day. The mall was so busy but he still helped me return it and refunded everything. Overall amazing experience with him and would recommend dealing with him if you need anything. He totally still took the time and care even when helping me cancel services. Very professional and an awesome guy! Lire plus
