I wrote a previous review regarding the wait time for service. Watershed contacted me explaining the unusual circumstance causing the delay. When the service tech arrived, he was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed quickly at no charge. I have been dealing with Watershed for 13 years now and have never experienced anything short of stellar service. I guess this was just a bump in the road. I still highly recommend The Watershed.

Their work was carefully and skillfully completed on schedule and budget. As a result, we had them build a deck and arbor. Again, we were extremely happy with the finished product. Their attention to detail and suggestions for improvements were excellent. Service and cleanup was outstanding.

Every time I go here, I leave happy. My first alternator problem was solved in a few days, saving me about $1000. I payed more in towing away from the dealers options than I did for the actual fix with a used alternator. Sure maybe it's not as good as new one but for a 2010 toyota corolla, it is all the fix it needs.
