Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. I would certainly recommend this business.

I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. They replaced the part, cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had before. All of images are now digital. We used Staples to scan over 2100 photos. Excellent service. They did exactly what they promised and just under the 4 weeks they guaranteed. Professional, helpful and they transfer VHS too. Most of the photos were shredded with the exception of a few that I’m mailing to family members. Very reasonably priced. In my 16 years of business as a professional organizer I could not find anyone better or cheaper for the job. And now we’ve used them for our personal photos.

Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west.
