I would recommend that your service technician come out and actually speak to the customer when the job is finished! I had questions that weren’t answered and your front service lady did not offer to help me resolve it either! She answered with a I don’t know ? So I would have liked to have talked to the technician regarding my question.

I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. I called and was able to get in right away the same day I had a chip that cracked right away and they were able to fix it. Due to the weather the crack progressed but they were able to stop it and got me in immediately when I called. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back when it’s time to replace my windshield

Royal Auto Collision not only do Damage Repair. I had my Audi Q7 Sparkplug and Battery changed earlier this year.
Recently I had my car Oil and Filters changed as well with original parts. Richard is the one I always deal with, he is not only providing good service, but he is very professional and courteous to the customers.

I went to Millwoods Auto Inspection for a Salvage inspection. Not knowing what to expect I found Al very helpful and very easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and I ended up doing the inspection with him. Once the inspection was complete they took me into the shop to have a look at my car and go over the problems I had. It was 2 easy fixes and I got my certificate. Thanks for all your help.
