I rented an auger to drill holes for a swingset, but my yard is very rocky, the throttle became loose, the owner can’t and looked and explained what happened. He also came and picked it up for me, he explained was a 5 minute fix and didn’t charge extra. Was very pleasant and understanding. Very good customer service. Will go back if need any other equipment. Good job!

I have been working with A Direct for many years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are responsive and have brought home our kids (we live and work at a boarding school) reliably for years. Even if it is a late night (early morning), last minute call... Great place to stay. Nice pool and very friendly staff who seem to love their job. Tip leave the hotel for meals its cheaper and there are alot of great places to eat around the hotel and down town Cobourg!
