I want everyone to know that this is a family business. They try their best to make customers happy, but instead, the customers decide to complain about their service and insult their business just because there was a mistake in their order or they had to wait longer than usual. They are people, too. If you don't like the food, then leave. There is no need to act like a child and leave rude remarks and bad ratings on every website. Daren arrived when he said he would, dropped a large container, and emptied out 30 years of woodworking debris, odds and ends of lumber, and the accumulation of debris that one accumulates in a home workshop. Did it all with a smile at a good price in 3 hours. Highly recommended.

I hauled in an older Forte wheelbarrow that had a totally flat tire. Turns out the plastic rim had a small crease in it causing the tubeless tire to deflate totally. Scott at Princess took the time to fix me up with an inexpensive solution.... a tube for the tire and also spent about 40 minutes installing it. There is no way I could have done the repair on this tire which flopped around. He stabilized the tire with a cord and was very creative in his approach to a solution. Very grateful!!
