I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

They were not open the day we went but they saw us outside and invited us in. They were kind and caring people who made us feel at home. The stained glass things they are doing are fun and exciting. Good stuff.

Amazing customer service. They responded to my e-mail in less than 1 Hr and quoted within 1:30Hr Min. They use ultra purified water for their window cleaning. Windows looked better than when they were new. They also clean the exterior trim when they clean your windows. They cleaned my front door and my garage door complimentary.

I had several tree's large an small that needed to be trim or removed. Adam came out had a look devised a good plan quoted it explained option to both my wife and i about the different options. Arrived promptly a couple days later and efficiently completed the work. The price quoted was what I paid and it was pleasant experience getting the work done. Second trip here. Excellent both times. Amazing Ackee and salt fish. Delicious fish cakes. Incredible Roti and chicken or shrimp or beef or goat or vegetarian. Kathy takes time to explain dishes for those not familiar. A nice change from same old same old. Caribbean dishes/Barbados/Jamaica and ??. Highly highly recommend this eatery. Treat yourself.

Very pleased with the tree removal they did for us! Our yard was left tidy and everything was removed. I would definitely recommend Natures Canopy and will call on them again when I need tree work done.
