Great service with very nice waitress. My first time experiencing British pub fare so I didn't know what to expect. Nachos were quite good, and although the Steak & Mushroom pie was nothing like I expected (first time trying a non desert pie), it was still quite tasty. Great atmosphere and quick service. Would go back again & would recommend.

I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. He was thorough and listened to all my concerns and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I can always depend on this trustworthy company.

Gavin and Tom are great guys. Super hard working and funny. The tree I had taken down was in a tricky spot. My aboveground pool, my neighbours aboveground pool, and two fences surrounded the tree. Very little room to move around let alone take down a whole tree without damaging anything. Gavin was so calm and cool about the whole thing and put me at ease. He was able to take down the tree with precision. He calculated every cut and rigged all branches that would land in a pool or on a fence.

Went in for color and highlights, store was very busy but they fit me in. The staff there was amazing and despite being so incredibly busy, my stylist still gave me fantastic customer service. It feels like a family whenever I go in to have my hair done. There was a few impatient clients in there while I was there and the girls still smiled and were friendly to each and every client.

These guys are truly amazing and they saved my day! I couldnt build a shed on the original spot after talking to the cement guys; the new spot required me to cut down a big branch of an old tree as it was completely in the way of the shed. I already arranged a shed building company to build the shed in a few days. I called almost a dozen arborists on Sunday afternoon, nobody answered their phones except Total Tree Care. They came in next morning to finish the job at a very reasonable rate.

Had a lot of branches and tree trunk down because of a wind storm. I called reliable tree service the next morning. John and his team was here the next morning! All the branches and tree trunk were removed and cleaned the whole area up and took all the wood and chips away and left the area perfect! Thanks John and your crew! Ordering a custom sideboard with Kaza Wood Furniture was super easy...they came to my house and measured the spot that it would be in to ensure it would fit properly. Then they asked what kind of contents I will be storing in this sideboard so everything would fit perfectly. I got to pick the wood, color and one of the many exclusive designs they have available. Extremely please with speed and quality of work done to remove the very large silver maple form our backyard. The tree had 4 trunks with each standing about 65 to 75 feet tall. They were able to remove the tree in 1 day for a reasonable price where other companies said that it was too big for them to handle.
