Absolutely the best auto repair and maintenance shop in all of Lethbridge! If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I am so thankful for the therapy I received from Shakku. I've had major issues with osteoarthritis in my knee, lots of pain etc. Today, just over a week later I am almost pain free, thanks to her help, advice and the excercises she gave me to do. I am so thankful for her and the team there, they are amazing. So very thankful that I went to this place for help with my condition. I feel like a new person, not limping around in pain any longer. I contacted Tori about cutting down a crabapple tree. Tori and his team were fantastic. They came removed the tree and stump. Did a great clean up job as well. Would definitely recommend them.

Con from Crystal Clean has always done a fantastic job on our carpets. We have been using Crystal Clean for the past 20+ years. They are punctual and if there are any concerns, they are happy to fix whatever isn't right. Once our dog threw up all down the stair well. We tried cleaning up the mess, but to no avail. When I called the shop, and said what happened they made arrangements to come over as quickly as they could. There's no way we would have fixed that mess on our own.

Go-Getter Hotshot was very quick to help us when we needed help ASAP. They are very friendly, accommodating & quick to reply. They were able to get a part to us from Lethbridge to Edmonton same day and with one phone call. If we ever need a Hotshot service again, we would definitely call Go-Getter and we would definitely recommend them! Thank you for your prompt service and helping us quickly! :)

They moved my mother from a small apartment to a seniors home. Two employees were very professional and friendly. They moved her things with respect and efficiency. They did have to drive to another city not far away. Of course they charged for the driving time back, but also charged from time from their shop to our apartment which I was not made aware of previously. Other than that, the service was great!

Let me tell you a story. I have been a loyal follower of Julie at Charisma for many years. Always getting a great cut and color as well as the perfect product for my not so perfect naturally curly hair!! As everyone knows the economy sucks right now. The joblessness has hit my home too. Trying to save $$ I've only gotten cuts on my last 2 appointments. Yesterday I went in for a cut and Julie said " Jodi what can I do for you? You need a color, I can't let you leave without a color. " So I offered to trade a service...maybe I can do a deep clean here for you guys. NOPE! !! I got my hair cut and colored. I paid the usual for my cut and Julie gave me the color job. This is OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I cannot Thank Julie or Charisma enough!!!! My hair looks amazing!!
