They are very reliable! They are here every Friday morning unless it is pouring rain. They come as soon as possible after a rain. They do a good job of cutting my lawn. Occasionally they miss a very small strip of grass in cutting, but I am a very fussy customer.

The repair man, Jason was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my freezer with a short conversation over the phone (he did mention he cant be sure until he can look at it, but was 90% sure he knew what the problem was). He tried to make time to fix it that day, but it didn't work out. He was however, able to make the next day!!! He fixed it within an hour and had the part on hand!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable!!! I would recommend him to all my friends and family!!! Great Guy!!

Go-Getter Hotshot was very quick to help us when we needed help ASAP. They are very friendly, accommodating & quick to reply. They were able to get a part to us from Lethbridge to Edmonton same day and with one phone call. I was asking about a blocked toilet, back flow preventer valve and a water alarm. Tina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me a guesstimate price range, not actually seeing the job. That will help immensely on our budget. I did try the two local plumbers in Coaldale but they only use voice mail. I prefer to talk to humans. Especially if they have a sense of humour. When we need professional help, we will call on a company that seems to believe in their name “Service”!
