We deal with the Tillicum Rona often and have been happy with their service, however we had an issue with a bathroom vanity we recently purchased and weren't getting a good response from the store. Fortunately we were lucky to be able to deal with "Shane". She not only arranged to pick up the damaged one she helped us pick out a new one an arranged delivery promptly. after injuring both shoulders the long recovery was made much less painful because of the phsiotherapy conditioning I recieved prior to and following surgery. Monitoring my progress, providing answers related to my injury,and assisting me with understaning what goals were realistic in relation to my injury and how to achieve them without jepordizing the surgical repair.
