I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable.

Dealing with Brendon, the appraiser made the whole experience simple and stress free. The repair was done on time and an excellent job. Old fashioned approach to fixing vehicles. Good thorough and honest summary of what is wrong with prioritized plan to rectify them. Different options of using the best parts, regular parts or even used offered. No fancy person at computer desk trying to see how much work and money they can take you for. One such shop wanted over 3K from me. Nic was $1300 cheaper using the best parts and all with warranty.
